HOW TO USE
Add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbal blend to a tea infuser, strainer, or teapot. Pour freshly boiled water (just off the boil) over the herbs and let steep for 5–7 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
Strain and enjoy as-is, or add a little honey if you prefer a sweeter sip.
You can re-steep the same herbs once more—just add fresh hot water and steep a bit longer for a second calming cup.
