Refund policy

We want you to love your From The Inside Out products - and feel confident when you shop with us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original packaging
  

• Unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
  

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products
  

• Opened loose-leaf teas
  

• Gift cards or downloadable content

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return of your product.
