TRUSTED ACCOUNTS TO FOLLOW

This section brings together a curated selection of trusted real voices within women’s health, including practitioners, educators, and individuals sharing lived experiences of endometriosis and hormonal conditions. In a space where information can often feel overwhelming or inconsistent, these accounts have been chosen for their clarity, integrity, authenticity and commitment to supporting women in a meaningful and responsible way.

You’re invited to explore and follow the voices that resonate with you, whether you’re looking for education, reassurance, a sense of community, or a good account to help you laugh through the tough times. Not every perspective will feel aligned, and that’s okay. This space is here to help you find support that feels right for you, at your own pace.

"It took me ages to find my community on social media; some accounts felt so toxic, like it was a competition to see who was sicker. I wish there was something that had vetted accounts, like a list of really good social media accounts"
