HOW TO USE
HOW TO USE THE RED ONE JOURNAL
Welcome to your Women's Health Companion.
The Red One Journal has been designed to support you over the next six months as you learn more about your body, track your symptoms, prepare for appointments, and create space for reflection.
There is no right or wrong way to use this journal. Use the sections that serve you most and make this space your own.
1. START WHERE YOU ARE
This journal is non-dated, which means you can begin at any point in your cycle and at any stage of your journey.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, awaiting answers, or have been managing Endometriosis or PMOS for years, this journal is here to meet you where you are.
2. TRACK YOUR CYCLE
Use the tracking pages to record your period, symptoms, pain levels, energy, mood, and any changes you notice throughout the month.
Over time, these patterns can help you better understand your body and provide valuable information during healthcare appointments.
3. LEARN ABOUT YOUR BODY
Throughout the journal, you'll find educational information about Endometriosis, PMOS, menstrual health, and the different phases of your cycle.
Take your time with these sections and return to them whenever you need a reminder or deeper understanding.
4. PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS
Use the appointment pages to record questions, symptoms, medications, concerns, and important notes before seeing your healthcare professional.
Bringing your journal to appointments can help you communicate your experiences more clearly and confidently.
5. REFLECT EACH MONTH
At the beginning of each month, you'll find a "Dear You" letter and space for reflection.
Use these pages to celebrate progress, acknowledge challenges, and check in with yourself emotionally and physically.
6. CREATE FREELY
The drawing pages and blank spaces are yours.
Doodle, journal, plan, dream, vent, write questions, or simply allow yourself a moment of creativity.
Your health journey is about more than symptoms.
7. BE KIND TO YOURSELF
Some months may feel easier than others. Some pages may remain blank. Some days you may have lots to write, and others none at all.
That's okay.
This journal is not about perfection.
It's about awareness, self-compassion, and creating a record of your journey that reminds you that your experiences matter.
MOST IMPORTANTLY...
Remember that you know your body better than anyone else.
Use this journal as a tool to support, empower, and advocate for yourself.
You deserve to be heard.
You deserve support.
And your story belongs here.
This would work beautifully as a page near the front of the journal and can also be used on your Shopify product page.

Top tips for using herbal teas
Brew it right
Herbal teas need longer steeping times than regular teas.
- Use freshly boiled water
- Steep for 5–10 minutes (or more for medicinal benefit)
- Cover the cup while steeping to retain beneficial oils
Use It Consistently
Herbal teas work best over time, especially for wellness goals.
- Make a daily ritual out of it - morning, mid-afternoon, or before bed
- Think of them like supplements: small sips daily = big results over time
Sweeten Naturally
If needed, try adding:
- A teaspoon of local honey.
- A slice of lemon or orange peel.
- A dash of cinnamon or fresh mint.
Make It A Ritual
Tea can be more than a drink - it's a moment for you. Brew slowly. Pause. Inhale. Sip mindfully.
Create a calming environment - a favourite mug, soft light, quiet moment.
Cold Brew for Summer
Herbal teas aren’t just for cold months.
- Brew hot, let cool, and refrigerate for a refreshing iced tea
- Add fruit or herbs for a wellness mocktail vibe
Try a Tea Journal
Track how you feel after drinking different teas.
- Helps you personalise your blends and routines
- Great for menstrual support blends - track pain levels, mood, energy.
