There’s something quietly powerful about being invited to share your story, not in fragments, not softened, but whole.
This month, I had the honour of being featured on Coffee with a Female Founder’s podcast, where I spoke openly about two parts of my life that are deeply intertwined: living with endometriosis and building a family-run business rooted in care, intention, and feeling good.
And truthfully? It felt like exhaling

The Reality Behind the “Strong Woman” Narrative
For years, my journey with endometriosis has been layered with unanswered questions, long waits, and moments of feeling unheard. Like many women, I’ve learned how to keep going, to show up, to work, to nurture others. Even when my body is asking me to pause.
But strength isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like cancelling plans.
Sometimes it looks like resting without guilt.
Sometimes it looks like rebuilding your life around what your body needs, instead of what the world expects.
On the podcast, I spoke about that reality, the invisible weight so many women carry, and how long it can take to even be believed. I also spoke about running a family business.Â

This feature wasn’t just about telling my story, it was about representing a community. Every message, every shared experience, every person who has supported what we’re building… you’re part of this journey. And if you’re reading this while navigating your own challenges, quietly holding everything together:

You’re doing more than enough.
What This Means Moving Forward
This conversation has lit something in me, a reminder that storytelling is part of the work.

Not just selling products, but sharing truths.
Not just building a brand, but building connection.
