This juice has quickly become a morning favourite in our home. It’s zingy, refreshing, and packed with goodness – everything we love in a wellness ritual. Here's why it works and how you can make it part of your routine
Why We Love It:
Oranges are rich in vitamin C, helping to brighten skin and support your immune system.
Ginger adds a warming kick and is known to soothe digestion and reduce bloating.
Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory, known for its glow-giving, skin-loving benefits.
Black pepper (just a pinch!) boosts the absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, by up to 2,000%. Trust us, don’t skip it!
What You’ll Need:
3–4 fresh oranges, peeled
1 thumb-sized piece of turmeric, peeled (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
A slice of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
A pinch of black pepper
Optional: pineapple juice, coconut water, or honey to sweeten.
How to Make It:
1. Add the oranges, turmeric, and ginger into your juicer (or blender if you strain afterward).
2. Pour the juice into a glass and stir in a small pinch of black pepper.
3. Add ice and sip away – pure sunshine in a glass!
4. Optional: Mix in a splash of pineapple or coconut water if you prefer a sweeter twist.
